Yes. Historical display state data is available under certain conditions for NDW partners in the NDW application Dexter. There is no open data application for this data stream.
??? What are the quality requirements for the data''
The quality requirements for this data stream are under development. In the future, requirements regarding "chain latency," "inaccuracy," and "continuity" can be expected.
??? How can I receive display states''
This data stream is available as open data on the NDW Open Data Portal under the name Matrixsignaalinformatie.xml.gz. The content of this data stream is updated every minute to reflect the latest state. Users can download the full current dataset (Pull Method). For NCIS subscribers, it is also possible to receive only updates after an initial full dataset has been delivered (Push Method).

Additionally, NDW provides a monthly shapefile that converts the location information of the signs into GPS coordinates, allowing the data to be mapped to a network or map. This shapefile can be downloaded from the NDW Open Data Portal.
