Specialisatie NonWeatherRelatedRoadConditions (Beïnvloeding rijomstandigheden door de toestand wegdek)
De specialisatie NonWeatherRelatedRoadConditions wordt gebruikt voor gebeurtenissen waarbij rijomstandigheden worden beïnvloed door de toestand van het wegdek. Denk hierbij aan olie of bladeren op de weg. Naast de elementen uit Conditions bevat het verplichte element nonWeatherRelatedRoadConditionType (dat meer dan één keer kan voorkomen):
